Purchases, Order, Cancellations and Shipping
Purchases - are accepted through our webpage shop and over the phone credit card payments. One With Nature Innovative Travelling offers the following payment methods:

Zip Pay – you must comply with Zip Pay payment instalments Terms and Conditions
After Pay - you must comply with After Pay payment instalments Terms and Conditions
Master Card
Visa
OWN IT Gift Cards – gift cards can only be purchased with Master or Visa Cards
Zip Pay, After Pay or any other ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ payment provisions are not permitted in the purchasing of goods that are ‘on back-order’, ‘out of stock’ ‘coming soon’, ‘order now’, or ‘pre-order’ items.
Orders - we will send you an email or a SMS message to confirm your payment has been accepted and your order has been placed.
If orders are completed after 11:00am (ACST), we will ship your items at 1:00pm (ACST) the next business day.
Weekend and public holiday orders will be processed within the next business day.
We will send you a confirmation email or a SMS message to confirm your order has been shipped and provide you with a tracking order number.
Cancellation - can be completed via our webpage shop, email or by phone. You may cancel your order prior to receiving your shipping confirmation and tracking number order. If cancellation is requested after items have been posted; One With Nature Innovative Travelling will refund the total amount of paid purchase, less shipping cost. Refunds will be processed once all items have been received by carrier, order will then be refunded/closed.
Big and Bulky Items
Due to size, weight, and handling, it is the customers responsibility to organise big and bulky items from the designated collection point or depot within your area. Large items are referred to as Roof Top Tents (RTT’s).
Customers are advised that during busier periods, it may take up to 14 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.
