Roof Top Tents (RTT’s) and awnings – 12 months warranty

ONE WITH NATURE INNOVATIVE TRAVELLING trading as ONE WITH NATURE INNOVATIVE TRAVELLING within Australia ACN 669 325 802 ABN 72 669 325 802 offers to its customers, a 12 month Manufactures’ Warranty for Manufacturing Defects (Warranty) on the ONE WITH NATURE INNOVATIVE TRAVELLING - OWN IT roof top tents (RTT’s), awnings and outdoor equipment branded range. A solid proof of purchase will be required and will only be acceptable in a form of original receipts/tax invoice (email receipts/tax invoice will also be accepted).

This Warranty is for 12 months from the date of purchase (Warranty Period) and does not limit or replace the consumer guarantees under law.

One With Nature Innovative Travelling will evaluate and, at our discretion, provide a replacement, repair, or refund for the Product if it is found to have a Manufacturing Defect within the Warranty Period. Please review the following terms and conditions for eligibility.

  • A Manufacturing Defect refers to any deviation from the Product's intended design and specifications due to defective materials (such as poles, zippers, buckles, fabrics, etc.) or workmanship (such as seams, construction, etc.). It does not include damages resulting from general wear and tear or other causes.
  • Wear and Tear means any damage that occurs as a result of ordinary use. Moving parts will wear out and fabrics/parts will deteriorate, fade, and degrade over time.
  • Other Causes encompass accidents (fire, loss, theft), condensation, improper care or cleaning, commercial use, incorrect setup, damage caused by dragging or animals, or any usage that deviates from the guidelines outlined in the product manual or guide.
  • This Warranty does not cover damage caused by Wear and Tear and Other Causes.
  • The Product must be purchased from One With Nature Innovative Travelling and must be returned to One With Nature Innovative Travelling at the customers expense for evaluation by One With Nature Innovative Travelling for the Warranty to apply.
  • If returned items meet and satisfy our terms and conditions; One With Nature Innovative Travelling will either replace, repair or refund.

Our products are subject to guarantees provided by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If a major failure occurs, you have the right to a replacement or refund, as well as compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage within the specified timeframe. Additionally, if the goods fail to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure is not deemed a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.

 

Exchange Policy

  • Contact us at sales@ownitexperience.com within 30 days of receiving your order if you need to exchange an item/s
  • Return the unwanted item/s to us in NEW condition (this means preferably in the original packaging and for clothing it must not be worn or washed). Please include a note with your exchange so we know what you want in return.  We will provide you with a return address once you have contacted us.
  • It is at the customers postage expense when returning goods for an exchange.
  • Once we receive your item/s, we will send out the requested item/s in exchange.
  • Please note that our exchange policy only includes REGULAR postage. It is at the customers expense to arrange express postage.
  • If we don’t have the size/style requested for your exchange, we will provide a full refund, less postage.

 

INCORRECT SUPPLY or FAULTY

  • Contact us at sales@ownitexperience.com within 30 days of receiving your order if there are any issues with products that were sent - incorrect items or a faulty item.
  • For INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED items, we will send the correct item the following business day, with a reply-to paid satchel for the return of the incorrectly supplied item.
  • For FAULTY items, we will send a replacement item the following business day, any further instructions will be provided via email. 
  • Big & Bulky Items: Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your items for instructions.
